We're looking for stories that feel honest, that compel the reader to turn another page (paper or electronic), and that provide fresh ideas and insights. We believe that much current, best-selling fiction has become mired in hip lingo and in exploitations of human suffering; our goal is to promote writing that addresses real issues, without sensationalizing them, and that brings heart to plot.

In the shadows of San Francisco lurk a band of literary devotees. Swift, strong, and ferociously fast, they roam the dark streets in search of another repast, another literary delicacy. Ever voracious, they peruse and compile, skim and analyze, always hungering for the next great read.
